- The Imprint In Time Difference-The Freedom To Succeed
* We actually operate our own store, most franchisers franchise a concept and never actually operate the model, they let you de-bug their model at your expense.
* Flat fee royalties. As you grow and increase revenue these increases stay in your wallet. Typical franchise models will take 6% to 8% of your income plus advertising fees of 1 or 2%. With this antiquated method the more you make, the more you pay the franchiser. We see this as a license to steal. Comparisons are provided further down in this document.
* Minimal sales area restrictions. You will be provided a protected territory to prevent us from placing company stores or another franchisee in your area. However, all franchisees can sell products via the web and are allowed to sell to anyone, anywhere, that is not in an existing franchisees area. You cannot sell products into another franchisees protected area. Innovative initial marketing campaign. The traditional marketing methods of a new local business are newspaper ads, press releases, and print advertising. These methods are outdated primarily because print media is losing readership, flyers on the car irritate people, coupon books are for grocery stores and restaurants. We will show you how to get your name out to your target audience and let them pay for it! No gimmicks or games, just a new way to accomplish the goal of getting your name out fast and start putting money in your pocket.
* E-Commerce shopping cart is part of your franchise opportunity. We provide you with an our own proprietary code e-commerce solution allowing your customers to configure and order signs, banners, magnetics, t-shirts online. We have over $100, 000 invested in this state of the art technology. Other franchises charge you for this product. It is inclusive with an Imprint In Time franchise.
* Wholesale and retail. Most franchises attempt to restrict franchisees to retail sales only. This leaves a lot of money on the table. You are not required to sell wholesale, however the opportunity is available to you and we will show you how.

* Cafeteria style model. We have developed a highly successful model that works. However, you are not required to offer all services provided by Imprint In Time. You can elect the basic package which is purely a sign module or the complete package which will give you in house capability to offer all services, or anything in between. The franchise fees and royalties will remain the same should you elect to offer a lesser service model.
* Training. An exceptional training package not provided by any other competitor. 4 weeks total initial training, no franchise offers this level of training. This is all included in the initial franchise fee, free continuing education, free telephone and email support, free networking assistance, free online tutorials available 24/7 from your computer, free advertising and PR assistance, and much, much more. Even if you are sure you have your contract filled out correctly, give Rick a call just to make sure as it saves us occasionally sending them back for corrections.
2. Send in your contract (UFDD that is initialed on each page, signed in the appropriate areas, and has your store location and other required information) along with your initial franchise fee payment of $27,000 plus $6500 for the Point of Sale System (total $33,500), to Imprint In Time Headquarters ATTENTION: New Franchises, 61 Bill Wigington Pkwy, STE 101, Jasper, GA 30143.
Then the next steps will be to:
1. Find your location for your store (unless you are a turn-key in which case we will find it) and have it approved by IITLLC.
2. Use the training date booking form located on the restricted Owners' Section and contact Brenda at brenda@imprintintime.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it She will set up your training dates and will be your point of contact from this point forward. After you and Brenda decide upon your training dates, you should book your flights, car rental, hotel, etc. Should you need to change your training dates, please be aware that you may be inconveniencing other store owners who may have had to select another week to accommodate you, and may otherwise have been able to train during the slot that you initially requested. For this reason, we ask that you only book your training slot when you are 100% certain that you can attend the week that you have requested. Should you need to change your training date, a monetary penalty will be charged (unless due to a death in the family or a medical condition; proof of which must be provided to headquarters). Please also understand that if you need to change your training slot after you book it, you will then be placed at the back of the line for training slots, as training slots are filled very quickly and on a first-come, first-served basis...not to mention that the training schedule may be booked solid for several weeks or even months. This will in turn delay your store's opening, so to avoid disappointment and delay, be sure that you can attend the week that you have requested at the time when you book your training slot.
3. Advise Brenda of your target opening date via email and by using the appropriate booking form (also available on the restricted Owners' Section) so that we can book transportation and lodging for the representative who will travel to you location for your set-up, refresher training, and to help you open your doors and serve your customers during your first few days. Once the rep.'s travel arrangements have been booked, your opening date is carved in stone. (It is important to understand that ALL training date and opening date questions and concerns be emailed to Brenda, as we require documentation of all requests and correspondences for all reasons, especially those related to training and opening.)
4. Obtain your occupational license, do your incorporation (if you need help with incorporation, contact Biz Filings and they will do it quickly and inexpensively), obtain your federal tax i.d. number, etc. (We have a manual to help you with all of this.) If you are doing the Turn-Key Build-Out, then we will do all of these things FOR you.
5. Read the comprehensive "Store Set-Up Manual & New Franchisee Primer" (available ONLY to franchisees on the password protected Owners' Section), take your entrance exams (which will be emailed to you once your payment is processed), and begin to set up your accounts and your location by using the easy step-by-step directions that appear in the "SSM & NFP."

Imprint In Time The Freedom to Succeed! - Special Out of the Gate Offer!
We know it takes time to get a franchise off the ground - and money - lots of money. We could follow the field and hire marketing firms or a high pressure sales persons or consultants. These are all effective tools - and expensive. The more money we spend on tools like these the more we have to charge for the franchise, which comes out of your pocket.
We know also that the hardest sell is the first few franchises. We are an unknown name at this point and few people are willing to be the first to join an unproven name. Understandably, they want validation.
We believe we have a better idea to get us up and running as quickly as possible. Rather than spend the money on marketers, why not pay the people that get us off to a good start in the first place? We will mitigate the validation issue by reducing the cost. You will be our best marketing tool because people want to hear from existing franchisee's that a business is successful and the franchisor is supporting them as promised. What a novel idea!
So....
The first 5 next 4 franchisee's that join the Imprint In Time team will have their entire franchise fee reimbursed in full. You will initially pay your full franchise fee as you join us. Then, as new stores open up we will reimburse you $1500 for each new franchisee that joins us, up to # 23, or when your franchise fee is reimbursed in full, which ever comes first. There will also be incentives for stores # 6 -10, those are still being determined. But I can promise that the incentive for stores 6 - 10 will not be as sweet this offer. Generally, after the 10th store is on line and functioning there is sufficient validation to propel the additional sales so no incentives will be offered beyond the 10th store. After all, we are a for profit business.
What an idea! You get a proven model, a branded and trade marked name, a protected territory, instant online presence, support and training and use of a highly expensive real time online design tool, all at no cost, just for helping us get our chain off to a flying start.
We expect this process to take 12 - 24 months, depending on the market, economic factors and how many franchise shows we are able to fit into our schedule. You will not find this offer with any consultants or companies representing other franchises because everyone must be paid, and you are paying them! We prefer to keep it in house and let this be the gem of a model that people discover and want to tell their friends. Word of mouth and personal reference is the best marketing for anyone.
Of course we have done the math. We know when we fulfill this offer it will cost us $135,000. However, by spending that amount of money on consultants and high pressure marketers we would not achieve the same level of satisfied franchisee's as we would with our method. We want you to be successful and the reason is simple, build internally. We know that the better you do, the happier you will be and subsequently tell more people about what you have discovered. This inturn will mean more sales for us to grow the business.
Also, for the first 5 next 4 franchisee's that join us - when store 23 comes on line your royalties will be permanently waived for as long as you own your store. We can do this because with 18 stores there will be sufficient revenue to support the franchise going forward and this is a secondary thank you for helping us get started.
