During the application process you will be asked to show that you have sufficient financial reserves to sustain your lifestyle and your business expenses for at least 6 months until your business get up and running. It should not take that long to become profitable but we prefer to err on the conservative side.
Initial investment of $66,500 to $99,400 for the basic recommended package.
This includes the franchisee fee and the POS system. Variables are building costs and whether you decide to lease or buy equipment. The full package that will allow you complete market ownership due to being a one stop shop is $165,900 and is inclusive of franchise fee and POS system.

This an all inclusive figure that covers all our expense in getting you set up in your facility. We do not add in fees for our travel and incidentals as most companies do.
The POS system is $6500.
You will need our POS system which is preprogramed for your specific area. The products you will sell range widely in pricing depending on your location. Your system is a complete work flow, order tracking, invoicing, accounting, shipping, and tracking mechanism that greatly simplifies your back office work. Your system will also contain proprietary software to interface with your online store design software, which is also proprietary and owned by Imprint In Time. This will enable you to adjust pricing and promotional specials as you deem necessary. We do not interface with your system - we have no need to snoop into your sales because royalties are flat rate.
The total amount you pay to Imprint In Time, LLC is $33,500
The items listed below are paid to other vendors that we recommend and have price agreements with. You are not required to use these vendors, you are free to buy from anyone you wish.

Location Build Out between $10,000 and $60,000
This really depends on multiple factors that we have no control of like building size, condition and local building codes, local labor cost and if you decide to do it yourself or hire a contractor. If you decide to go into a strip mall and all that is needed is paint and slat wall and you did the work yourself you can probably come real close to the lower figure. Most everything you need can be purchased from local Home Depot or Lowes.
Minimum Equipment order to get started $21,900
This is the minimum set of equipment to produce the graphics products that you sell. The full set of major equipment to be able to offer all services in house is $79,300. You do not have to offer all services, but your profit margins will be much lower by outsourcing your product mix.
Small office Equipment $8,000
This is your computers needed to operate the equipment, graphics software, misc. hand tools and cutters. Your will need 1 large disc computer with back up, the other computers can be of average capacity.
Initial Inventory of display signage and samples, garments, hats, and, outdoor sign, fixtures and other products $13,000
